Whether you are an absolute beginner or at an advanced level – Grace Notes can provide space, tuition, support and encouragement.
Julie Grace Robinson is a Managing Director of Grace Notes which she established in 2015. Julie, herself, is a woodwind instructor with a wide range of experience in teaching all ages and abilities. If you want one-to-one lessons, group work, rehearsal and practise advice as well as tutoring for National, Higher and ABRSM graded exams, then look no further. Julie also teaches piano and keyboard to beginners and intermediate pupils.
Recently, Julie has secured the services of a further 7 tutors, taking her total to 9 and can therefore offer the following regular lessons: Flute, saxophone, clarinet, piano, guitar, ukulele, vocal, violin, drums, accordion, music technology and sound production and Music theory.
Grace Notes tutors, under Julie’s supervision, provide pupil centred, structured lessons which can be for recreation or for more serious exam preparation. Everyone learns at their own pace and there is no expectations other than what you set yourself. All lessons will feature elements of music theory so you learn, not only the instrument, but more of the craft itself. On an initial enquiry, Julie will work with you to match you with a tutor that suits your style and pace of learning.
Grace Notes launched in Musselburgh, Julie’s home town and has already expanded into a second premises on Fishers Wynd, meaning that more classes and lessons can be taught.
Current Pupils can head to the page for online booking – new enquiries should contact Julie to discuss options/packages and tutor availability.
